First try was only 4 oz of the "enhanced" water:
I've now been without for 3 weeks and have not yet deteriorated to my starting point. Looking forward to my supply.. Left heel discomfort is returning slowly, very slowly. The effects seem to be cumulative. Prolonged use increase the benefits. The improvements (while using META pH) seems to be more rapid than the degradation of conditions (while without).

The Capsules (META pH) do not seem (to me) to be as effective as the Drops (META pH Mineral Drops). It took 10 days for me to stop limping instead of 6. After three full weeks of using this item the discomfort in my left heel is almost gone; Not limping at all. It took about 6 weeks (after running out) to start limping again.
The META Bolic X seems to helps me to get to sleep easier at night, but I'm still not a morning person. Only used this Item one month.
A friend gave me 2 bottles of the Drops; my budget would not allow me to purchase any. The discomfort in my heel diminished considerably within 6 days again. After the two months the discomfort was completely gone. After about 2 1/2 months without the product, the discomfort and limping returned. In about 3 1/2 months, the discomfort returned to the original state . I do not want to go without METApH Mineral Drops; the benefits are absolutely remarkable!
Even though these 2 items are not intended to detoxify, I fell like they do purge toxins as a side-effect.
